CAMAA Salon commissioned with an Exhibition of Dr Bode Falomo’s Painting & Literary Works (March 4, 2025)

The exhibition was open for two weeks.

In another progressive curatorial adventure, the Cornelius Adepegba Museum of African Arts opens another museum extension called “CAMAA Salon” with an inaugural exhibition of the paintings and literary works of Dr Bode Falomo. The opening ceremony which was hosted by the Director of the Institute of African Studies, Professor Sola Olorunyomi, chaired by Prof. Kayode Adebowale and curated by the Honorary Curator of CAMAA, Professor O. I. Pogoson was graced by the presence of art lovers, students, scholars and researchers within the University and the general public. The exhibition was on for two weeks.

The opening ceremony was moderated by the Secretary of the Institute, Mrs Dorcas Adesuyi, who welcomed the friends of the artist and the institute to the ceremony also had the honour to introduce Professor Dele Fawole, who commissioned the Salon.
