AfAA Ibadan 2026
The Association for Africanist Anthropology (AfAA), an arm of the American Anthropological Association, Virginia (AAA) commences its conference and partnership, July 2, 2026 with the Institute of African Studies, Ibadan (IAS) and the department of Anthropology, University of Ibadan.
The Chief Host of the event is the Vice Chancellor, Prof K.O. Adebowale, and the keynoter is Professor Yolanda Covington-Ward of University of Massachusetts.
The Graduate Students Early Career Mentorship Meeting will however hold on Saturday, July 4, 2026 at the Drapers Hal, UI
